Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of system-level plans, processes, and standards in line with aerospace and safety guidelines.
Translate high-level client requirements into detailed system and hardware specifications.
Design system architectures and oversee hardware development to meet technical and compliance standards.
Plan and execute system-level verification and validation, including test development, execution, and traceability.
Guide integration, testing, and acceptance phasesxe2x80x94on-site where requiredxe2x80x94including ground and flight testing.
Maintain technical documentation including specifications, manuals, and training materials.
Collaborate with clients, support new business initiatives, and communicate complex technical information effectively.
Support and improve systems engineering processes and tools, including automation of verification activities.
Mentor engineers and support effective project execution aligned to quality, cost, and schedule.
