Requirements
Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference
will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
A minimum of seven (7) years' relevant experience of which
two (2) years need to be at senior level
In-depth understanding of a Release Manager and SAP
Landscape.
Key Performance Areas
Develop and deliver business solutions for business
requirements across functional streams to provide an
expert resource service in meeting business needs
Gather, research, interpret and analyse complex business
requirements, and recommend solutions across ERP
Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to
ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders
Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required
by business regarding their needs
Process service requests and provide user support
Mentor and coach staff.
