BASIC SALARY: R532 737 TO R635 305 PER ANNUM REF NO: CS 174/25 CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN
Requirements:

  • Minimum relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree
  • Minimum five (5) years relevant experience of which two (2) years preferably as an ERP Analyst in providing and supporting SAP/ERP functions.
DIGITAL SERVICES:
  • Develop technical solutions based on business requirements specific to SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and its associated development methodology
  • Understand functional documentation and effectively convert content to technical documentation
  • Develop and maintain BEx reports, workbooks and Web Applications
  • Develop and support Data Flows and ABAP
  • Provide ongoing support in terms of BW/ BO Reporting, Data Services and BW Systems.
SAP PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE
  • Working knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management and / or SAP Case and Records Management Modules.
SAP PLANT MAINTENANCE:
  • Working knowledge of plant maintenance master data, PM notification, Work order cycle and preventive maintenance
REVENUE:
  • Working understanding of functionality and configuration of device management in the SAP ISU module.
USER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION AND TRAINING SERVICES:
  • Administration of city training and development processes
  • Manage the branch assets and inventory items
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the branch workplace skills plan
  • Facilitate branch onboarding procedures for new staff
  • Assist with general administrative duties in the team
  • Develop and maintain relevant quality control procedures and practices to ensure compliance with policies, implementation guidelines and relevant legislation.
ERP PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
  • Manage high-level correspondence, internal communication, and scheduling across the team
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and documentation packs for senior leadership
  • Procure goods and services on SAP in compliance with SCM policies, including raising purchase requisitions, creating stock reservations, and processing invoices
  • Support procurement, onboarding, and contractor management processes with strong follow-through
  • Assist with governance documentation, quality control, and coordination with stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide support to project teams with budget allocations and financial queries
  • Perform general administrative duties to support finance operations.
RELEASE MANAGEMENT:
  • Working knowledge of change request management / release management, SAP Solution Manager modules and configuration
  • Provide support to SAP Solution Manager and SAP User Support stakeholders
  • Assist with developing and maintaining governance policies and guidelines documentation
  • Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP CRM:
  • Working understanding of functionality and configuration of SAP CRM 7.0
Key performance areas:
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Research, identify and propose solutions to meet business requirements
  • Ensure that system developments and functionality meet all business requirements from functional specifications through to user training and support across SAP/ERP modules
  • Design, develop, test, implement and support SAP/ERP solutions
  • Process service requests and providing user support
  • Implement projects or portions of projects to ensure effective delivery of projects
  • Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders.
