Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as a school administrator.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with 3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and empathy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven track record of improving student achievement, building effective teams, and fostering a positive school culture.
• Knowledge of educational policies, standards, and best practices.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.

• Support and Lead the School's vision and core values aligned with a philosophy of play-based, experiential, curiosity-driven, community driven and individualism
• Create and nurture a positive school climate and environment to education in order that safety, a cooperative spirit, community and individualism are fostered
• Cultivate leadership in others so that teachers and school staff support the vision and continue to grow and help to realize the school vision. Ensure retention
• Continuously Improve instruction to enable teachers to teach at their best and students to learn to their utmost using data driven and differentiated instruction ensuring each child is seen and supported
• Manage people, data and processes, policies, procedures to manage environment and compliance with DOE, ISASA and The School's board
• Develop and maintain school wide master calendar for instructional programs, ensuring learning experiences for students consistent with schoolsxe2x80x99 philosophy and goals (curriculum, professional development and school community wide initiatives
• Supervises licensed and unlicensed staff including providing performance evaluations and staff development
• Administers various elementary school education programs, including measurement and evaluation
