Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:

Manage stakeholder expectations and build collaborative relationships.
Provide professional actuarial support and advice to the business.
Analyze and interpret pricing monitoring results, sharing insights with product and underwriting teams.
Participate in portfolio management and assess performance against KPIs.

Team Management:

Plan, prioritize, and manage your team's work within SLA and capacity.
Ensure the development and maintenance of new and existing data sources.
Create and manage price monitoring reports.
Recruit, train, and develop staff, managing performance and providing leadership.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and VBA automation).
Expertise in SAS, SQL, and QlikView (experience reconciling administration and claims data to financials is a plus).
Experience with pricing modelling software (e.g., WTW, Earnix, Quantee) and optimization.
In-depth knowledge of GI actuarial pricing concepts such as Large Account Pricing, GLM modelling, Segmentation, and Premium/Loss Ratio Walks.

Modeling & Data Management:

Maintain modeling minimum standards and promote best practices within your team.
Manage pricing basis review projects, ensuring milestones are met.
