The

Drain Care Specialist is

responsible for executing scheduled preventative maintenance and performing emergency drain flush-outs across multiple store locations. This role ensures optimal drainage functionality, mitigates blockages, and upholds hygiene and operational compliance standards within a dynamic food service environment.

What You'll Be Cooking Up:

Conduct routine drain inspections and perform preventative maintenance across all assigned stores. Execute drain flush-outs using approved equipment and chemicals. Identify potential drainage issues and recommend corrective actions to the Facilities Manager. Maintain accurate service logs and submit detailed reports after each visit. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Respond promptly to emergency drain blockages to minimize operational downtime. Coordinate with store managers to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. Preventative Maintenance Completion Rate: 100% of scheduled visits completed monthly. Response Time: Timely resolution of emergency blockages. Incident Reduction: Decrease in drainage-related issues across stores. Compliance Score: Maintain high ratings during hygiene audits.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

+ National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
+ Pluming Trade test or equivalent will be advantage
+ License: Valid driver's license and ability to travel between stores.
+ Basic plumbing knowledge and experience with drainage systems.
+ Ability to operate drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service environments (advantageous).
