Job Summary

To assist the Flexographic Printer to manufacture good quality Printed products in line with the ISO 9001 - 2015

Responsibilities

1. To Assist the Operator in setting up of the machine using the correct process information to the required production order information and maintain the correct specification throughout the run by making the necessary adjustments.
2. Assist the operator to ensure that all production requirements are met in full operation of his/her machine
3. Do the machine set up in accordance of the SOC to produce good quality laminated production at all times, in line with all quality specifications.
4. Reports all malfunctions and repair work required on the machine to the Factory Supervisor.
5. Be able to do anilox changes in a safe manner as and when required.
6. Report any potential hazards that he/she may observe in his/her working area
7. Do random BBSO and Near miss reporting and submit to the GPL
8. Responsible for the safety, care, cleaning and reasonable maintenance of all equipment used by yourself
o Ultimately responsible for the computers and printers under your control, even if also in use by other personnel.
i. Maintain good housekeeping of all areas under your control
ii. Ensure that ISO 9001 xe2x80x93 2000 principles are followed with all daily activities

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Minimum Matric/Grade 12
• Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a FMCG manufacturing
• Computer literacy
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility
• Accurate and precision
• Great housekeeping ability
