Accounts Assistant / Debtors Invoicing Clerk Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town
Our client a FMCG concern based in Kommetjie, Noordhoek Cape Town is looking for an Accounts assistant / Debtors Clerk working on PASTEL PARTNER with at least 2-3 years’ experience working in the finance department with Debtors Invoicing Experience.
Salary Negotiable + pension after probation period
Responsibilities
Debtors invoicing and control for 3 companies – PASTEL PARTNER
Capturing petty cash onto pastel (physical petty cash done by another person)
Calculate and report on Monthly reports and levy payments
Handle Vehicle licences and permits
Sales reports for containers
Other adhoc admin in the accounts / admin office.
