Job Description
The Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team of sales executives, managing inventory, setting and achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.The manager plays a key role in developing sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and optimize vehicle turnover. Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and data-driven decision-making are essential to success in this position.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, specifically with pre-owned vehicles, preferably in a multifranchise or large dealership environment.
- Experience in sourcing and managing vehicle inventory from various channels, including rental defleets and group buying divisions.
