OPERATIONS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Property management
Case management (medical aid process, admissions, authorisations) & management credit control
Manage+/- 3 staff members.
Marketing (promoting the hospital among health professionals and surrounding hospitals
Procurement, Business Information Technology (BIT) & Environmental & Social Governance (ESG)
Monthly management meetings with Operational & Financial teams
APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITIONS:
Tertiary Qualifications: National Diploma or BA degree is essential (no certificates)
Own transport
Staff management experience advantageous
Admin experience: processes, creditors, claims
Experience in coordinating or overseeing scheduled property maintenance & staff
Case management experience would be advantage.
Passionate about patient care (very important)
