SAOTA is seeking a PR Media Manager to shape our brand narrative across local and international platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong writing ability with an eye for design excellence and media strategy, someone who doesn't just follow trends but helps define them.
About the Role
The PR Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing targeted media strategies to secure high-impact editorial coverage for SAOTA across print and digital channels, locally and globally.
This is not an admin role, it's a strategic and creative leadership position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager to position SAOTA as a global thought leader in high-end residential architecture, hospitality, and design innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead comprehensive PR strategies for SAOTA and sister brands.
Create targeted pitching documents and distribute press packs to Tier 1 media.
Manage press relations, track performance, and drive media coverage across key regions.
Content & Writing
Draft press releases, press packs, award submissions, and thought leadership materials.
Support the internal communications team with content for newsletters and internal platforms.
Public Engagement
Identify and manage speaking opportunities, jury invitations, and industry forums.
Oversee award submissions and coordinate global events aligned to brand milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align PR initiatives with marketing campaigns, brand activations, and design milestones.
Collaborate with project, graphics, and leadership teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track coverage, manage PR databases, and report on key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate media lists and project lifecycle updates.
