Fishgate is seeking a dedicated PPC Specialist to join our dynamic, small team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in managing multiple digital platforms, and capable of turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance.
Key responsibilities
Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to improve efficiency and reach KPIs.
Interpret data effectively and apply insights to enhance platform performance.
Prepare clear, relevant monthly reports (no data dumps) that highlight trends, outcomes, and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategy with broader digital goals.
Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and uphold Fishgate's quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in paid media/PPC campaign management.
Strong data literacy with the ability to translate analytics into meaningful actions.
Demonstrated experience across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
Presentable, articulate, and well-spoken in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
