Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Open Minds Campus Online School. Implement and uphold our

independent learning philosophy

,

thinking-skills approach

, and

literature-rich curriculum

. Oversee all academic operations, student progress, and parent engagement. Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS). Integrate

AI tutoring

and

AI benchmarking

to personalise student pathways. Support and train online facilitators/teachers as the school grows. Coordinate assessments, feedback, and reporting. Manage digital workflows and quality assurance processes. Support the school's online marketing strategy (social media, digital communication, content creation).

Coordinate the packaging, management, and couriering of textbooks and materials to learners nationwide.

Assist with inventory of books, learning materials, and logistics.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Education

or

PGCE

(required).

Minimum 3 years teaching experience

.

At least 1 year experience with an LMS

(Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, etc.).

At least 1 year experience in digital marketing

or online communication. Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills. Comfortable using AI-driven educational tools.
