You will work closely with brokers and underwriters, contributing to product design and ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing brokers, while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed set targets for new business generation.
• Provide expert advice and support to brokers on products and services.
• Contribute to the development and design of new products within the companys portfolio.
• Conduct competitive analysis, ensuring the companys product offerings stand out in the market.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Expertise in short-term insurance products and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on building and nurturing relationships.

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a broker consultant or portfolio manager.
• At least 10 years of experience in the short-term insurance industry.
• NQF Level 4 qualification in Short-Term Commercial Lines (60 credits).
• Completed RE 5 Examination (Level 1).
