? Equip clients and internal teams with the knowledge to maximize their POS systems
? Support testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations
? Create and maintain training documentation that drives consistency and excellence
? Play a key role in strengthening Lesaka's reputation for service and innovation
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Training
Create and maintain training documentation
Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external clients
Support & Testing
Provide support for client queries and issues
Test reported issues to identify and resolve problems
Test new software releases from development to ensure quality and functionality
General Operational Duties
Perform additional operational tasks as required by the business
Minimum Requirements & Competencies
?? Strong understanding of operations within the hospitality and retail sectors
?? Reliable car (insured for business use before commencement date)
?? Valid driver's license
?? Management experience within hospitality and retail sectors
?? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
?? Fluent in English (written and oral)
?? Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
?? Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
?? Punctual, reliable, and presentable
?? Reliable home infrastructure to support efficient remote working
?? Ability to work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision
Work Hours
Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00
Overtime may be required to support client queries
