Wright Family Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and creative
Podcast Producer
to manage and grow our Wright Family Law Divorce Podcast. This role is ideal for someone with podcast production experience who is interested in legal, divorce, and family-related topics and enjoys working behind the scenes to bring high-quality audio content to life.
The Podcast Producer will be responsible for coordinating guests, editing episodes, and publishing content across podcast platforms, ensuring a professional and consistent listener experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and coordinate podcast guests (e.g., attorneys,
therapists, financial experts, mediators, and other professionals relevant to
divorce and family law).Manage guest outreach, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Edit podcast audio for clarity, quality, pacing, and consistency.
Add intro/outro music, basic sound enhancements, and episode branding.
Upload and publish episodes to podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts).
Write and post episode titles, descriptions, and show notes.
Ensure episodes are released according to the podcast schedule.
Maintain organized files for recordings, edits, and published episodes.
Coordinate with the firm for topic ideas, episode planning, and approvals.
Ensure content aligns with the firm's brand, tone, and professional
standards
Requirements
Prior experience producing or editing podcasts.
Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or similar tools).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and access to required equipment/software.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with podcast marketing or audience growth
Familiarity with legal, divorce, or mental health-related content
Basic graphic design or audiogram creation skills
Experience repurposing podcast content for social media
