The Role



We're seeking a passionate Platform Admin Specialist to join our Professional Services team and help our customers achieve their learning goals. You'll work closely with Thrive customers providing hands-on administration support, and expert guidance to ensure they maximise platform usage and drive employee engagement.



Core Responsibilities



Manage the platform administration and maintenance covering audiences, content, campaigns, performance insight and more. Build strong relationships with our customer base, understanding key goals and organisational objectives. Supporting our customers who have just launched Thrive with a consultative approach, driving seamless integration and optimisation across the business. Be the expert in all aspects of a customer's digital product ownership, from optimising platform usability to creating personalised learner pathways for maximum engagement. Provide consultative guidance to customers, ensuring that they get the most value from Thrive products and services, demonstrating business impact whilst delivering against their wider learning strategy Oversee the creation of digital learning, leveraging the power of Thrive's features to create immersive learning experiences.


Essential Skills





Experience working with an LMS as an administrator/learner. You're passionate about great learning experiences and pushing the boundaries of how Learning and Development (L&D) teams can support businesses in meeting their goals. A confident communicator, able to effectively lead conversations with L&D leaders. Customer-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Technical learning agility. Understand, and be genuinely curious, about all aspects of the technology and be able to clearly communicate these with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: R 318,000 17,000 - R 386,000 yearly DOE Unlimited Holiday to support work-life balance Thrivedays--a reduced workday every Friday (10:00-15:00), with no internal meetings Flexible Working Hours within core hours (10:00-16:00) Birthday & Christmas Off, including festive shutdown between Christmas & New Year Work From Anywhere--fully remote-friendly (4 weeks a year)

Initial Screening Call:

If we think you're a great addition to the team, you'll be invited to an introductory call with a member of our People Team. This is a chance to tell you about Thrive and give you an opportunity to ask questions.

First-Stage Interview

: Following the initial call, you will have a first-stage interview with a member of the team you'd be joining. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions about the role. We'll also discuss why Thrive interests you and what you feel you can add to our team.

Assessment Task:

We may ask you to complete a practical assignment or case study between interview stages.

Final Stage Interview

: You will meet with the Hiring Manager and/or a senior team member for a final interview. This stage is typically used for a more in-depth discussion and may involve a review of your assessment.
