Responsibilities
1. Execution of Activities
Generate and analyze reports to drive performance improvements.
Assist in onboarding new advisers, assistants, and clients.
Stay current with industry trends and market developments.
Understand market dynamics and asset class behaviors.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Plan and manage adviser and client events.
Address product, system, and service-related enquiries.
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and administrative accuracy.
Provide client support through multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisers, and internal teams.
Act as the escalation point for client issues and complaints.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Service Quality
Adhere to agreed turnaround times for administrative tasks.
Use client feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
4. Crisis Management
Manage and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Implement procedures to minimize client dissatisfaction during crises.
Focus support on a defined group of advisers to provide tailored service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Investment Management, or related field.
3 to 5 years in client services, ideally in a similar role.
In-depth understanding of LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) processes and products.
Familiarity with operational systems and tools used in investment management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
