What you will enjoy doing

• As the Plant Manager, you plan and execute plant maintenance activities (major, preventive, corrective) in conjunction with regional Maintenance and Reliability resources, ensuring compliant use of established processes and systems
• Ensure that all TAR activity in the area is effectively scoped, planned, scheduled and that all preventive maintenance activity is effectively planned and executed
• Continuously ensure that critical spare parts are identified and stocked within the area and that consumed critical spare parts are replaced or repaired and returned to the appropriate warehouse
• Part of your responsibility is to ensure that reliability programs are in place and coordinated with Bulk & Onsite Services team
• You will establish and manage a pipeline maintenance program and ensure stand-by plants have a mothballing maintenance program

What makes you great

• You possess a B degree in Engineering or Diploma (Engineering)
• Further, you have five to ten years relevant experience in previous industrial gases experience and management of multi -disciplinary teams
