- Lead all productivity efficiency initiatives across Chamdor and Ergo
- Lead and direct Chamdor Team and other stakeholders
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives across the Chloorkop and Ergo Plants
- Responsible for Operational Performance of the Two Chemical Plants in Gauteng
- Manage two plants declared as a Major Hazardous Installation
- Responsible for Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Retain Quality Standards such as ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Manage Fixed cost expenses
- Manager Financial Stock Control
- Management of Capital expenditure and completion of Capital Expenditure Applications
- Accountable for Legal and Environmental Compliance
- Accountable for Maintenance and Process Engineering in the plant
- National Diploma, BTech or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Proven Operational Management
- Previous experience in a Chemical Plant
- Previous Management experience
- Previous Maintenance experience
