Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for a Plant Engineer (Concentrator) to join their mining company based in North-West. You will be responsible for managing the design, construction, and commissioning of a mineral processing plant, followed by providing ongoing support to ensure optimal operation, effective maintenance, improved plant availability, and cost control.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and repair activities of plant equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and meet production targets.
- Implement and monitor maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plant personnel.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary limits
- Grade 12
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- GCC Mines & Works
- 5 years' experience (POST GCC) in an engineering role within the mining industry.
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
