Genkem has an exciting opportunity within our Operations Team. We are looking for talented individuals with relevant skills and experience to be a part of our finance team reporting directly to the Planning Controller based at our Head Office in Umhlanga, Durban.

Minimum Criteria:

Matric Relevant Qualification Diploma/ Degree Clear Criminal Record 4+ Years of experience Knowledge of Import/ Export Industry Experience will be advantageous
Responsibilities:

Coordinate Production workflow for multiple products Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand Monitor production to resolve issues and anticipate risks Source key items for the maintenance department from various suppliers Develop and maintain production reports and performance metrics
