Prepare quotes, invoices & planning of work including monitoring progress
Prepare reports as required
Manage parts inventory, availability of both parts and resources to support the customers
Prepare and oversee proposals to customers
Assist with warranty resolutions and time management
Provide logistical support to technology technicians
Assist to resolve internal and external customer queries
Assist with the achievement of KPI's (CAT Digital Excellence Program - CAT DEP)
Liaise with Aftersales, Sales and other relevant teams as and when necessary to ensure CAT DEP KPIs are met
Managing the WIP, work order closing and work order history
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12 and/or National Technical Certificate - N2 or N3
Trade certificate will be an advantage
