Job Summary

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule, coordinating work activities with team members and contractors, and monitoring project progress. The successful candidate will have experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordinating in the engineering or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that accounts for all work activities and dependencies
• Work with project teams and contractors to coordinate work activities, track progress and ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor budget and project progress to mitigate any potential delays or cost overruns
• Identify, mitigate and communicate project risks and issues
• Ensure stakeholders are kept informed on project progress and key milestones
• Establish and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques
• Knowledge of engineering or construction industry standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with project management software and tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
