Job Description

The Planner supports the development and management of project schedules, working closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project activities. This mid-level role involves maintaining schedule integrity, tracking progress, and assisting in reporting and forecasting tasks under the guidance of senior planning or project control staff.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Work with project managers and engineers to update schedules based on current progress and project changes. Monitor and report on schedule performance, highlighting any delays or deviations from the baseline. Participate in planning and coordination meetings to align project timelines with resource and deliverable requirements. Maintain planning logs, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with project standards. Support the integration of subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall project plan. Track critical path activities and support analysis of project risks and opportunities. Assist in preparing look-ahead schedules, forecasts, and recovery plans when necessary. Adhere to project control procedures and reporting requirements. Maintain schedule data accuracy and version control within the planning system.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in Built


5-7 years in planning and/or project Management


Other Requirements


Primavera P6 at expert level, MS Office at Practitioner
