Planning, prioritizing and initiation of jobs.
Assist with achievement of KPI's.
Apply Warranty policies and procedures.
Resolve internal and external customer queries.
Arrange appropriate transport per task.
Control returning of components and ordering.
Compile Estimates and Quotes based on scope of work.
Manage Work in progress with Supervisor.
Manage and control repairs workflow of the workshop.
Compile De-briefing and Briefing job files.
Updating SIMS and Service letter completions.
Compile customer feedback reports weekly.
Co-ordinate Suppliers orders and invoicing.
Co-ordinate Parts issuing and returns with Supervisor.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Matric/Grade12.
Test qualified in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic/ Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic)
Experience as planner in a service operation would be advantageous.
SAP CRM experience.
Workshop planning/admin experience.
Medically fit for the position.
Excellent Computer literacy - Microsoft Office.
Understanding of CAT Systems - SIS, SIMSi, Cat inspect.
Good understanding on CAT warranty guidelines.
