We're looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative with OTC experience to drive sales while building strong relationships with pharmacists and clinic sisters. You'll share nutritional knowledge, educate on Vital products, and support healthcare professionals in making informed choices for their customers.
Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting nutritional products in alignment with medical ethics and compliance standards.
Manage promotional budgets and maintain an accurate tracker of all marketing activities and expenses.
Drive market share growth for promoted products within the assigned geographical territory.
Secure additional shelf space and visibility in pharmacies and clinics.
Identify, engage, and grow a base of pharmacies, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to increase product adoption.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge including indications, and mode of action.
Pass all internal product knowledge assessments and compliance training.
Maintain a high strike rate by aligning successful calls with the approved call plan and product detailing guidelines.
Ensure compliant call logging including GPS/geofencing, digital signatures, and call feedback documentation.
Keep CRM and customer databases updated with contact history and preferences
What are we looking for:
Relevant tertiary degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Dietetics, Pharma etc
Code 8 driver's license
At least 2 years' experience as a sales rep or agent
1 to 2 years' experience working in the Pharmacy/ FMCG market
* Seeking a candidate with OTC experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to explain nutritional benefits of Vital products to customers, pharmacists, and clinic sisters.
