Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/ equivalent qualification
Registered as a pharmacist at the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
Desirable
Registered as a tutor
Experience
Essential
At least 1+ years experience in managing staff.
At least one year of experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
Knowledge and Skills
Effective conflict management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer centric skills.
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Knowledge of Retail operations.
Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems.
Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation.
Knowledge of financial management principles and systems.
Computer literacy xe2x80x93 MS Office skills.
Unisolv and Marconi experience.
