My client, a most reliable and passionate pet transport services throughout South Africa and abroad is looking for a Pet Travel Consultant. The company deals with immigration of pets and other animals to new homes, overseas or locally. This is a basic plus commission position (KPI's consists of process and client interactions)

As an International Pet Travel Consultant, you will plan, communicate and structure international travel plans for live animals whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. Manage the relocation from planning through to arrival at destination and home of the travelling pets. This position is challenging and can be stressful at times due to unpredictability of flights and changes, it is a very rewarding experience when pets arrive to their new home with their families.
Well-spoken and mature personality. Business English is essential.

• Neatly and well presented, candidate will be meeting in person or via zoom with customers
• Point of contact for your client from booking through to pet arriving at destination
• Maintain regular and excellent communication with clients at all times
• Working with clients to assist in relocating their pets from South Africa around the globe. The candidate must be compassionate, caring and very passionate about their service delivery and strive for service excellence at every step of their job. Must love animals and know basics dog/cat breeds.
• Ability to work with customers, show empathy and be approachable to customers and fellow team members.
• Extremely strong administrative skills.
• Excellent computer skills including full Microsoft office suite skills and experience essential, use of Mac operating system advantageous.
• Strong integrity, honesty and personal responsibility is paramount.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to follow absolute procedure and deliver on deadlines is non-negotiable.
• Full Training will be provided.
• Previous experience in customer services preferable.

Must have full clean drivers Licence and own transport to work.
