Personal Lines Claims Administrator
Responsible for handling personal insurance claims from start to settlement. This role involves coordinating with customers, insurers, assessors, and service providers to ensure efficient and compliant claims processing while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Management: Process and administer claims, collect and evaluate necessary documentation, and liaise with all relevant parties.
Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for clients, providing updates, assistance, and professional support throughout the claims process.
Claims Processing: Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness in line with company policies, while maintaining thorough records.
