We're looking for a Personal Assistant / Lead Generator to support our dynamic team of property brokers operating in the Sea Point area.
In this role, you'll assist with the day-to-day administration, client communication, and lead generation (cold-calling) tasks that keep our team running smoothly.
What you'll do:
Provide administrative support to the team of brokers
Manage schedules, calls, and follow-ups
Generate and qualify leads through online research and calls
Assist with client communication and database management
Help coordinate property listings and marketing activities
What we're looking for:
Organised and proactive individual with great communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable with phone calls and client interaction
Previous admin or real estate experience beneficial, but not required
Someone who is ambitious and hungry for success
