RPO's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO and senior leadership team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative capabilities, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality. 
Duties & Responsibilities 
 Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, arrange meetings and make travel bookings when needed 
 Prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and manage follow-ups 
 Run personal errands, book restaurants, and manage personal and business appointments 
 Handle and prioritise emails, calls, and messages, responding where appropriate 
 Maintain physical and digital filing systems, manage supplies, and provide overall office support 
 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team 
 Support internal communication, report preparation, and company correspondence 
 Assist in planning and tracking project timelines, resources, and deliverables 
 Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes 
Minimum Requirements 
 Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) 
 At least 1 year of experience supporting senior executives in an administrative or personal assistant capacity 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration tools 
 Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines 
 Professional, emotionally intelligent, discreet, and fully bilingual 
 Excellent communication skills across all levels and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
