Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO - Mining - Sandton

A fantastic opportunity has arisen as our client is in search of an Executive Personal Assistant to provide indispensable support to the CEO, contributing to the success of the C-Suite team.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO, the selected individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth operations within the C-Suite, taking on responsibilities including:

  • Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Drafting and editing high-level communications and reports.
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Serving as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively participating in key C-Suite initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:

The preferred qualifications for this role include:
  • A background or qualification in financial management, office administration or secretarial work (considered advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing top-level support to C-Suite executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
  • A profound understanding of the necessity for maintaining absolute confidentiality.
