We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.



Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and visitors

Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties

Assist with event planning and coordination when required

Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience of 8 -15 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience in calendar management and travel planning

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory

Relevant administrative certifications are advantageous

Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities

Professional demeanour and a supportive attitude
