About the Role:



We are seeking an exceptionally organised, proactive, and resilient Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Company Directors and operational support for a private Guest House. This is a unique and pivotal role that blends high-level executive support with hands-on business and personal logistics management.

The ideal candidate will be a master of coordination, a pragmatic problem-solver, and possess the utmost discretion. You will be the reliable anchor ensuring seamless operations across both professional and personal domains, especially when the directors are travelling internationally.

Key Responsibilities:



The role is split across three core areas:

1. Executive Support to Directors:



Complex diary management and scheduling. Coordinating international travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings. Preparing and submitting detailed travel expense claims. Accurately completing and submitting client timesheets. Generating and issuing client billing invoices. Conducting diligent follow-up on all outstanding consulting fees.

2. Guest House Operational Support:



Supporting and acting as a key point of escalation for a team of 5 staff. Managing day-to-day guest and supplier queries and issues. Leading the response to any emergencies that the on-site team cannot resolve independently. Capturing, processing, and reconciling all financial transactions using

Sage

. Preparing and completing all required monthly financial and operational reports. Coordinating and scheduling all maintenance activities with external suppliers.

3. Personal Affairs Management:



Managing all issues and unforeseen events at the directors' personal residence (e.g., gate malfunctions, security issues). Coordinating and scheduling all contracted supplier services (gardeners, cleaners, etc.). Acting as the primary and trusted point of contact for all personal household matters while the directors are abroad.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



A mature individual with relevant experience.

Minimum of 8-10 years' experience

in a similar Executive PA or senior support role, with a proven track record of managing complex responsibilities.

Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential.

Impeccable organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding and varied workload. A proactive, hands-on, and practical approach to problem-solving, especially under pressure. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Unwavering discretion and professionalism in handling highly confidential business and personal information. A valid driver's license and own transport.

Working Hours:


Core hours are 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may be required on an agreed, as-needed basis to handle emergencies or critical tasks. Additional remuneration will be on offer should weekend work be required.
