The Personal Assistant to the Director provides high-level, confidential administrative and organisational support to the Director, ensuring efficient daily operations. The role includes managing the Director's diary, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, and acting as a key liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports presentations, and documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Draft emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of senior management. .
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and partners on behalf of senior management
Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and projects
Track progress on special projects assigned by senior management.
Handle projects as required by senior management.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries
Assist Senior Management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
Grade 12.
Between the age of 25 - 32
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in logistics or operations.
Excellent organizational, time management, ano multitasking skills.
Strong written and verba communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint. Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
Professional and proactive attitude.
