Role Overview


We are seeking a Performance Management Lead to join our HR team and own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our performance management model across the group. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of their work and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to drive high performance.


You will work directly with managers to embed a strong performance culture, providing coaching and guidance, support performance management issues and ensure accurate and timely performance data reporting.


Key responsibilities


Performance Management Framework


Own and drive the model across the group ensuring it remains practical, scalable and aligns with business goals. Lead performance cycles including goal setting, check ins, reviews and feedback performance. Continuously review and improve performance processes based on feedback and data

Manager & Employee Support


Work closely with managers to support effective performance conversations, goal setting and development planning. Coach managers on performance management best practices. Provide hands-on support with performance management issues including underperformance, improvement plans and documentation.

Coaching and Capability Building


Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on performance and capability topics. Deliver coaching and guidance to help leaders build high-performing teams. Support employees in understanding performance expectations and development pathways.

Data, Insights and Reporting


Gather, analyse and report on performance data on a monthly basis. Track KPIs and identify risks and opportunities. Provide clear insights and recommendations to HR and leadership based on performance data.

Skills Required


Minimum 5 years experience in a HR performance management related role. Proven experience owning and delivering performance management processes. Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver outcomes end-to-end.
