The People Support Generalist: Manufacturing be the heartbeat of our client's employee experience - ensuring every HR process, from onboarding to exit, runs smoothly and with care.



In this role, you'll maintain accurate employee data, coordinate lifecycle processes, and provide trusted support to both employees and managers.

Requirements:



National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 2 to 3 years of HR generalist or HR administration experience. Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HRIS / ESS / ERS). Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle. Familiarity with HR compliance, performance, or learning coordination. Experience in Production / Manufacturing environments. Strong ER (Employee Relations) experience. HR processes and policies within the South African context. HR documentation and data accuracy standards. HRIS / ERP systems for employee information management. Labour law fundamentals and confidentiality protocols.

Key Performance Areas:



Maintain accurate and compliant employee data and documentation. Coordinate onboarding, movements, and offboarding processes. Support HR processes related to performance, benefits, and recognition. Assist with engagement initiatives, surveys, and communication campaigns. Provide recruitment and training administration support. Ensure compliance with POPIA, labour regulations, and internal policies. Support HR systems (ERS/ESS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
