The People Partner will provide practical, timely support, advice and direction to the Afrika Tikkun workforce on the full life cycle of HR activities. Activities and support include general Human Resource support, Talent Acquisition and management, Staff Relations and Administration support, HR policy and procedures interpretation, Performance Management support and employee relations as well as compensation and benefits practices to the organisation's business units. The incumbent will be facilitating and coordinating best HR practices in employee engagement activities and responsible for providing a sound industrial relations service to the organisation, as well as advising Line Management on the application of the organisation's disciplinary and grievance procedures, thus, ensuring harmonious Employee Relations are maintained within all business units of the organisation.
