What you'll bring:

A relevant HR or Business degree.
10+ years of HR experience (5+ in management/senior BP).
5+ years hands-on Labour Relations experience (collective bargaining, dispute resolution).
Solid knowledge of South African labor legislation.
Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical markets is a plus!
