We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and can take full ownership of the payroll function. You will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll for around 170 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- Matric plus a relevant Payroll or HR qualification
- 3-5 years' payroll experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Solid knowledge of payroll systems (Sage 300 essential)
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Confidence to run the payroll function independently
- Residing in or near Franschhoek
- HR experience alongside payroll
- Previous exposure to the hospitality industry
- A financial qualification
