Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years end-to-end experience in Payroll in a Managerial capacity, specifically within the Automotive Industry
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting | Finance | Business Administration or similar required
- Proficiency in Sage 300 People with Advanced Excel skills essential
- Ability to manage a team of up to 10 Direct Reports and handle a staff size of more than 4 000 employees
- Strong working knowledge of Accounting Principles | Financial Reporting | Payroll Processes | Tax and Related Law Regulations essential
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
- Monthly Cost to Company of up to R 80 000, based on experience
