My client, a well-established agricultural concern in Somerset West is seeking to employ a Payroll Administrator. Experience in processing of salaries, wages and seasonal workers essential.

Duties include:

  • Processing of payroll information on computerised payroll system
  • Payroll functions SAGE People
  • Leave processing
  • Deductions
  • 3rd party deductions
  • Employee intake
  • ESS leave
  • WCA
  • Providend Fund Administration
  • 3rd party loans
  • General wages admin
  • General HR Administration
Requirements:

Matric plus relevant experience
Working knowledge of Sage People / VIP Payroll
Drivers licence and own transport
