We're Hiring: Payroll & Employee Wellness Officer (VIP / Sage Cloud Professional Experience Required)

We're looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Payroll & Employee Wellness Officer. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is passionate about both people and precision -- managing payroll with accuracy while supporting employee growth and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & HR Administration

Full payroll function using VIP / Sage Cloud Professional. Analyse payroll clockings and prepare accurate monthly payroll. Print payslips, reconcile loans and deductions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and submit PAYE, OID, and UIF returns (including UI-19 and claim forms). Conduct onboarding and exit interviews. Monitor leave records and ensure accurate data capturing. Assist with KPI and monthly evaluation preparations. Collect and analyse HR and payroll data for reporting purposes.
Training & Wellness Development

Facilitate, Coordinate and track employee training and development programmes. Assist with skills development facilitation, planning and reporting. Support wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and motivated workplace. Maintain training and wellness records in line with company and compliance requirements. Assist management with employee engagement and well-being activities.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in payroll administration using VIP / Sage Cloud Professional. Understanding of HR and wellness processes, including skills development and employee wellbeing. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
