Assist with the full recruitment process (advertising, screening, scheduling interviews)
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR filing systems
Support onboarding and induction of new staff
Update and manage HR databases and registers (leave, attendance, warnings, training)
Help coordinate staff training, wellness, and development programmes
Assist with performance management administration
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures
Handle HR queries from staff professionally and confidentially
Support payroll preparation by confirming attendance, leave, and HR changes
