Maintain electronic clock system.
Accurately calculate and distribute overtime.
Processing leave forms ensuring BCEA and company policies are adhered to.
Reconciling of clock system attendance to leave forms.
Processing and reconciling of staff accounts and loans.
Issuing of documents relating to disciplinary processes.
WCA and UIF documentary completions and submissions.
Accurately loading of payments onto bank.
Capturing of cashbook.
Ad hoc office duties
Matric or equivalent with Mathematics.
