JOB PURPOSE:
To perform Data Administration and capturing for the full HR value chain across the Vivo Energy Group by professionally handling incoming issues/queries to ensure all issues/queries are administered and resolved in accordance with established guidelines and SLA and country legislation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
DATA CAPTURING & INTEGRITY
- Ensure data integrity by processing and maintaining data administration paperwork in SAP SuccessFactors system as required by end user and keep all records in the respective systems to ensure data integrity, compliance and data controls.
- Capture all employee data changes in the system, ensuring data integrity and completing the updates aligned with SLAs and payroll cut-off timelines.
QUERY RESOLUTION
- Resolve data administration requests/queries in a timely manner in compliance to SLA
QUERY DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage documents (hardcopy and softcopy) by recording, compiling incident resolutions, maintaining records on customer requests, categorizing, filing, labelling and archiving documents to ensure all documents are stored appropriately for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant)
- 3 years' experience in HR Data Administration
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, SAP HR, CMS, Enterprise Scanning
- Expert Knowledge of MS Excel
- Overtime Work may be required
