POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • 2 - 5 years of payroll administration experience, with proven expertise in SAGE 300 (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on Excel
  • Strong communication skills (English) and high attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including data capturing, validation, reconciliation, and resolving queries
  • UIF management, including declarations and UI19 administration
  • Employee benefits administration, including reconciliation and liaising with
  • IRP5 support, including report generation and distribution
  • Personnel file management and addressing payroll-related queries
