Job Summary Earnings/ deductions input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee, staff payments, etc,) Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ change Modify employee fixed information Compile and input monthly increase report and process all increases Leave processing Updating all information for Skills and Equity Reporting Experience in processing salary and wages payrolls Exporting weekly and monthly reports for payment Assist the HR Department with SAGE Personnel inputs and reports Preferably experience with InfoSlips Preferably experience in report writing on SAGE 300 People Desired Experience & Qualification Experience 2 -3 yrs. work experience on SAGE 300 People Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Degree/Diploma in HR Attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good Time management skills, deadline driven
