Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team in Durban.
Job Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma in Human Resources or Finance
  • 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 working experience in HR & Payroll in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
  • 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with a unionised environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Payroll processes
  • Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, MIBCO Main agreement
  • Experience on payroll systems
  • Computer literacy proficient with Microsoft Office application
  • People orientated
  • Compliant to policies and legislation
  • Takes Initiative
